Front Desk Supervisor – Sheikh Zayed Road

About the role

The Front Desk Supervisor ensures smooth guest arrivals, accurate billing and high‑quality service at the Marriott Executive Apartments on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will lead a team of front‑desk agents, handle cash operations and act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method and issue room keys.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards data and ensure correct rate codes.
• Prepare daily cashier, closing reports and manage cash handling, bank drops and receipt reconciliation.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs and manual authorisations following accounting procedures.
• Respond to guest requests, coordinate with other departments and follow up to ensure completion.
• Support loss‑prevention by reporting theft incidents and maintaining security protocols.
• Coach, train and evaluate front‑desk staff, promoting a fair‑treatment culture.
• Adhere to safety training, certifications and company policies, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in hotel front‑desk or guest services.
• Strong cash handling and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to work extended periods standing, walking and lifting objects up to 1 kg.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
