Front of House Crew – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House crew members to join the opening team of NALA stores in Dubai. As the first point of contact, you will create a warm and memorable experience for every guest, from greeting them at the door to serving coffee and handling payments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome each guest within five seconds with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Take orders accurately, repeat them for confirmation, and suggest a relevant add‑on.
• Prepare all drinks to NALA specifications and deliver them within 90 seconds.
• Manage the till, process payments, obtain supervisor approval for any no‑sale and reconcile the cash drawer at shift end.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, resetting tables quickly and ensuring the dining area remains tidy.
• Cross‑train on back‑of‑house tasks and support teammates to keep the store running smoothly.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remember regular guests’ preferences.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn all store operations.
• Ability to stay present and attentive, avoiding screen distractions when guests approach.
