Front of House Roles – Pre-Opening

About the role

La Maison Ani, an elegant French‑inspired dining concept, is expanding with a new venue at Mall of the Emirates while continuing operations at Dubai Mall. We are seeking passionate Front of House professionals – Head Waiters, Supervisors, Waiters, Runners and Hostesses – to join either the existing team or the pre‑opening team for the new location. Selected candidates will be invited to an exclusive Open Day to meet the team and discuss opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑end Front of House role within a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting and strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English; based in Dubai.
• Pre‑opening experience is highly considered.
• Availability to attend the Open Day if shortlisted.
