Front Office Agent – Multilingual (Spanish, Italian, German, French)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a multilingual Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves greeting guests, managing check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensuring seamless service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, complete check‑in, and escort them to their rooms.
• Record and act on special guest preferences using guest history profiles.
• Handle cash drawer and cash float according to hotel policy, including cash‑out, adjustment slips and bank count reports.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations, Room Service and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Communicate clearly with Night Duty Manager and Accounting.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets, products and service standards.
• Prepare daily arrival reports and manage guest correspondence.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one of Spanish, Italian, German or French.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a growth mindset.
• Ability to work accurately with cash and follow established procedures.
• Team player who demonstrates integrity, respect and responsibility.
