Front Office Executive

About the role

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at Platinum Coast Hotel Apartments, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures and overall guest satisfaction. This full‑time, onsite position requires coordination with housekeeping, maintenance and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures, verifying identification and billing details.
• Handle phone and email inquiries, process room reservations and allocate rooms efficiently.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to guarantee room readiness and timely issue resolution.
• Address guest requests, resolve complaints and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
• Process cash, card and electronic payments while maintaining accurate cashiering logs.
• Maintain complete guest profiles, registration records and daily front‑office operational reports.

Required profile

• UAE‑based candidate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations, preferably within the UAE.
• Fluent spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
