Front Office Executive (Temporary Contract)

About the role

Driven Properties is looking for a charismatic Front Office Executive on a temporary contract to be the welcoming face of our luxury real‑estate brokerage in Dubai. You will deliver first‑class service to clients and visitors while supporting daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Greet and escort clients, creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including visitor logs and mail handling.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Act as a liaison between clients and agents, providing listing information and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate client data.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in luxury real‑estate.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to handle high‑pressure situations.
• Fluency in English and any of the following: Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Dutch.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding client service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems for client management.
