Front Office Intern – Hospitality Experience

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Office Intern to join our hotel team in Abu Dhabi. This internship offers hands‑on experience in daily front‑office operations, allowing you to develop core hospitality and customer‑service skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a genuine smile.
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide directions, and share hotel information.
• Offer welcome beverages or amenities according to guest status.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Guest Relations and other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
• Promote hotel services, facilities and current promotions.
• Record and communicate guest preferences and special requests.
• Maintain a polished appearance in line with brand standards.
• Address guest feedback, resolve issues or escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Warm, outgoing and service‑oriented personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s attractions.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software.
