About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead the front‑office team at a 5‑star luxury hotel in Dubai. The role ensures that every guest receives a warm welcome, personalized service and a seamless stay while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all Front Office areas – Reception, CID, Bell Desk, Concierge and Guest Relations.
- Ensure hotel standards, procedures and stock levels are consistently applied and approved requisitions are managed.
- Guarantee guest privacy, confidentiality and a high level of personal service throughout their stay.
- Represent management when handling guest complaints or supporting team members with complex issues.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally, record outcomes and report all feedback to management.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in front‑office or room‑division management.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, vocational training or Room Division.
- Fluent English; French or Arabic is a plus.
- Strong focus on guest needs, calm and courteous demeanor.
- Highly responsible, reliable and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
