Front Services Dispatcher

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Dispatcher – Front Services to join its Front Services team at the upcoming integrated resort. The role involves coordinating bell attendants, doormen and baggage handlers to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log guest service requests such as luggage assistance, transportation, and deliveries.
• Dispatch bell attendants, doormen, and baggage handlers based on operational needs and guest priorities.
• Maintain real‑time communication with the front services team via radio or phone and monitor task completion.
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, valet, and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Track and record service times, guest feedback, and special requests, and maintain dispatch logs and shift reports.
• Support front services leadership in operational planning and team coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of ultra‑luxury experience in a large resort environment with a high‑volume dispatch desk.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Familiarity with radio communication and basic administrative tools.
• Professional demeanor, guest‑focused attitude, fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Availability for shift‑based schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
