Front‑of‑House Waiter/Waitress – Deira, Dubai

About the role

We are building a front‑of‑house team for our lively casual‑dining restaurant in Deira, Dubai. As a waiter or waitress you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests enjoy a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, guide them to tables and set a positive tone for the meal.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, make menu recommendations and serve promptly.
• Monitor tables, address guest questions, dietary requests and complaints with patience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to keep service flowing, especially during peak hours.
• Perform daily setup and closing duties such as polishing cutlery, resetting tables and restocking stations.
• Process payments and work with the cashier when needed.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable attitude with a genuine interest in hospitality.
• Good command of English; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• Physical stamina for standing and walking throughout full shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team‑first mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
• Valid documentation or readiness for visa processing with employer support.
