Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a JavaScript/TypeScript Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a full‑time remote basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that powers the training and optimization of advanced AI models, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high‑quality code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
