Full-Stack Developer (Remote) – JavaScript/TypeScript

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a global AI technology leader on a full‑time remote basis. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong background with Node.js for backend services.
• Familiarity with Nest.js framework.
• Experience building front‑end applications with React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
