Full-Stack Engineer (AI Agents / Sales AGI)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to build our client’s Sales AGI product end‑to‑end across instant‑messaging channels, backend state, queues, data, frontend, and agent workflows. The role is based on‑site in Dubai and involves both independent delivery of features and close collaboration with a small, flat team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Sales AGI features covering acquisition, outreach, negotiation, closing and delivery.
• Own backend state management, high‑concurrency queues, caching, and data models in PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Develop and ship frontend and backend functionality independently, preferably using React.
• Integrate instant‑messaging platforms, agent interfaces and voice‑adjacent workflows as required.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex to accelerate development.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑concurrency state management, message queues, caching, PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Ability to judge when behavior should be implemented in code versus driven by an LLM/agent model.
• Experience delivering both frontend and backend components independently.
