Full Stack Engineer – AI Banking Platform

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UAE financial institution to build the next generation of AI‑powered banking applications. As a Full Stack Engineer you will design and develop the customer‑facing and operational interfaces of an Agentic AI platform, turning complex AI decisions into intuitive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop enterprise‑grade React and TypeScript applications for AI‑driven banking solutions.
• Create Human‑in‑the‑Loop reviewer portals, document viewers with confidence overlays, and approval workflows.
• Build real‑time operational dashboards visualising AI performance, confidence trends and processing latency.
• Integrate front‑end applications with AI services, REST APIs, Azure back‑ends and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Consume event streams via WebSockets and Server‑Sent Events for live updates.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility compliance and adherence to corporate design standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer delivering enterprise applications.
• Ability to work closely with AI engineers, product teams, business analysts and platform architects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail in translating AI outputs into user‑friendly interfaces.
