Full Stack Engineer

About the role

OneConcord AI is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain the web applications that power its unified AI‑driven platform. This fully remote position requires you to turn product and AI team requirements into reliable, secure, and high‑performing code from concept through deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end web applications for the OneConcord AI platform.
• Implement responsive front‑end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
• Build scalable back‑end services, RESTful APIs and data models, and integrate with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Deploy applications on cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) using CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure performance, reliability and security across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product, design and AI teams, participate in code reviews and write technical documentation.
• Continuously improve development processes and support production issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑grade web applications.
• Strong understanding of both front‑end and back‑end development, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and automated deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of security best practices, testing strategies and version control in collaborative environments.
• Effective communication in a distributed, cross‑functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience; experience with AI‑driven or enterprise platforms is a plus.
