Full-Stack Lead Developer (iOS, Android, Backend)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Lead Developer to own the technical execution of MyPT’s consumer and trainer platforms across iOS, Android and backend systems. The role is hands‑on and reports directly to the Product Manager and CEO, turning product specs and Figma designs into production‑ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the iOS app (Swift) and Android app (Kotlin) from concept to release.
• Design, implement and maintain Laravel/PHP REST APIs and MySQL databases.
• Make architectural decisions, enforce code quality, conduct code reviews and testing.
• Coordinate releases through App Store Connect and Google Play Console, handling signing, versioning and deployment.
• Collaborate with the Admin Panel team and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
• Identify and resolve bugs, technical debt, performance and reliability issues.
• Mentor junior developers as the engineering team grows.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to independently deliver production iOS and Android applications.
• Strong backend development experience with Laravel/PHP and REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services and MySQL.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, lean team and using AI‑assisted development tools.
