About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join our team at Novotel Sharjah Expo Center. In this role you will greet guests, set up tables, present menus and deliver food and beverage service with professionalism and flexibility. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience while adhering to the hotel’s standards of performance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to their tables.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
- Present menus, provide detailed information and serve food and beverage orders.
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring equipment works properly.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Assist in monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a waiter or waitress.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience operating the MICROS POS system.
