Full-Time Waiter / Waitress

About the role

Rotana Hotels is seeking enthusiastic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join its restaurant team in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver a memorable dining experience by providing attentive, personalized service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional and discreet manner.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell effectively.
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after each shift (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
• Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency with hotel standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage while supporting revenue growth.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail, and work well in a team.

Required skills
