Full-Time Waiter/Waitress in Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

Join the Rixos Bab Al Bahr luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah as a full‑time waiter/waitress. You will be part of Accor’s hospitality team, delivering Turkish‑inspired service to guests in a high‑end all‑inclusive setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive, professional manner while maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant.
• Use the POS system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Present menus, describe specials, answer guest queries about menu items, garnishes and preparation methods.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver, and polish silverware as needed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle issues promptly and report resolutions to the manager.

Required profile

• Secondary education.
• Minimum 1 year of food‑and‑beverage serving experience.
• Previous experience in public contact or cashiering.
• Additional foreign language (e.g., Russian) is an asset.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Cash handling and credit‑card procedures.
