FX Account Manager - Russian Speaker

About the role

MultiBank Group is looking for a results‑driven FX Account Manager who can acquire, manage and grow relationships with Russian‑speaking clients. The role involves onboarding, platform guidance and ongoing relationship management in a regulated, high‑volume trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert new Russian‑speaking clients for the Group’s product suite.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of existing clients, driving retention and increased lifetime value.
• Support clients through onboarding, KYC documentation, platform setup and first‑time activation.
• Proactively reactivate dormant or underperforming accounts.
• Provide market colour, product information and platform education in line with compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Dealing, Customer Support, Marketing and Business Development to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales or retention within a Forex/CFD broker or similar financial services firm.
• Proven track record of meeting acquisition, retention and revenue targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify upsell, cross‑sell and reactivation opportunities.
