About the role
The Gallery Host is the face of the hotel, delivering a larger‑than‑home experience for guests across multiple public areas and the front desk. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment while providing attentive service throughout the guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Gallery Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e‑room and TV den.
- Handle guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Service meeting rooms and maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
- Support the Bakery Café and other food‑service areas as needed.
Required profile
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
- Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift, pull or push at least 20 lb.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
