Games Room Attendant (Russian Speakers)

About the role

The Games Room Attendant will create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for hotel guests who want to enjoy recreational activities. This full‑time position is based at W Hotels in West Crescent, Dubai, and requires fluency in Russian to assist guests effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage, register, and schedule guests for games and recreation activities.
• Promote a relaxed atmosphere while providing clear information about facilities.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Maintain and clean equipment, report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Communicate professionally on the phone and in person, using clear language.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting equipment and handling paperwork.
• Willingness to work in a team and support common goals.

Required skills

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
