Games Room Attendant (Russian Speaking)

About the role

W Hotels is seeking a friendly and energetic Games Room Attendant who speaks Russian to join its recreation team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests wishing to enjoy the hotel’s gaming and leisure facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage, register and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Promote a fun, relaxed atmosphere while providing information on available facilities.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Maintain and clean equipment, report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Process payments for equipment rentals, activity fees and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Assist guests with disabilities and address service needs promptly.
• Communicate clearly in English and Russian, both in person and on the telephone.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a hospitality environment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk and lift items up to 25 kg unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Strong attention to safety and guest welfare.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
