Gaming Equipment Administration Team Leader (Internship)

About the role

ARRISE is looking for an enthusiastic intern to lead the Gaming Equipment Administration team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all gaming tools, from roulette wheels to cards, are properly managed, tested, and ready for use across our studios.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all gaming equipment and oversee quality control.
• Inspect and test roulette balls, cards, dice, and related items to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Place orders for new equipment or spare parts and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
• Document inventory changes, testing results, and manage photo‑session tools.
• Supervise and coach team members, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Develop and implement standardized workflows, procedures, and KPIs aligned with ISO requirements.
• Identify and resolve equipment‑related issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Training, Risk/Surveillance, and HR departments.
• Prepare daily, quarterly, and annual reports on KPIs, budgets, and team activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar equipment or inventory management role.
