About the role

The General Accommodation Operations role supports the Accommodation Operations Leadership team in delivering high‑quality service to residing ambassadors. Based in Dubai, the position focuses on day‑to‑day operational activities within staff accommodation, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all operational tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of staff accommodation.
  • Receive ambassadors, manage order taking and ensure timely delivery of their requests.
  • Prevent complaints and execute effective service recovery when needed.
  • Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising their interests.
  • Go the extra mile to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel environment.
  • At least one year of experience at the same level.
  • High school diploma or higher secondary qualification.
  • Proficiency in English.
