General Accountant – Full Time

About the role

The company is seeking a versatile General Accountant to join its operational team in the United Arab Emirates. This full‑time position involves handling a wide range of financial, administrative and compliance tasks, from daily budgeting to coordinating with international suppliers and managing regulatory product registrations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with local and international suppliers to coordinate orders and prepare shipment documentation.
• Prepare purchasing requests and oversee budget allocations at both company and project levels.
• File tax declarations and handle statutory filings with government and tax authorities.
• Manage product registrations with relevant country authorities.
• Maintain digital accounts, perform routine bookkeeping and update operational ledgers.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year professional accounting experience within the UAE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software platforms.
• Knowledge of UAE tax regulations, procurement workflows and budget management.
• Strong cross‑border communication skills.
