About the role
We are looking for a motivated General Assistant to join our team at Emirates Flight Catering. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced catering environment while supporting daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily departmental tasks and provide cross‑functional support to ensure smooth workflow.
- Observe and promptly report operational, procedural, or quality‑related issues to supervisors.
- Follow all SOPs, safety, hygiene, quality standards (ISO 9001:2008) and company policies.
- Maintain and update records, trackers, or logs as directed.
- Share relevant information between team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Safely operate basic tools, machinery, or systems according to SOPs.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within expected timelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate a cooperative attitude.
Required profile
- Higher School Certificate (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- No prior work experience required; fresh candidates are welcome.
Required skills
- Basic PC skills.
