General Engineering Engineer – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

Emaar is seeking a General Engineering Engineer to join the hotel engineering team in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining and planning hotel facilities to ensure they remain fully operational and guest‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all repair, preventative maintenance, and reconstruction work across the hotel.
• Develop and execute functional emergency recovery plans.
• Ensure all engineering tasks meet service standards and procedural guidelines.
• Proactively communicate with colleagues to minimise guest disruption.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum certification in Maintenance Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance for hotel assets.
