General Maintenance Technician

About the role

The General Maintenance Technician will ensure the smooth operation of all electrical, plumbing, air‑conditioning and facility equipment at Dune Entertainment's Dubai site. You will work across a variety of systems, from power distribution panels to playground installations, providing timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including panel DBs, lighting circuits and power outlets.
• Service coffee‑shop equipment and other commercial appliances.
• Inspect, repair and service air‑conditioning units such as FCUs and AHUs.
• Carry out plumbing tasks, including water‑line and drainage‑line repairs.
• Perform joinery repairs and upkeep of furniture.
• Maintain play‑area equipment, including trampolines, inflatables and other recreational installations.
• Adapt work schedule flexibly to meet operational needs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in general maintenance covering electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
