General Manager - Cybersecurity Consulting

About the role

The General Manager will lead the Dubai‑based cybersecurity consulting practice, owning the regional P&L for the GCC and driving growth across government and private sectors. Reporting to the global leadership team, the GM will shape strategy, build a high‑performing technical team and ensure delivery of world‑class security services.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability for the GCC region, including budgeting, forecasting and revenue targets.
• Oversee daily operations, optimise workflows and allocate technical resources efficiently.
• Define and execute market expansion strategies across Dubai and the wider GCC.
• Act as a trusted C‑suite advisor to enterprise and government clients on complex cybersecurity challenges.
• Drive new enterprise account acquisition and retain high‑value consultancy clients.
• Develop strategic partnerships with regional distributors, system integrators and global vendors.
• Ensure delivery of services such as VAPT, Incident Response, GRC, Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and AI security architecture.
• Guarantee compliance with UAE regulations including DESC, NESA and ADISS.
• Recruit, mentor and retain security architects, penetration testers and GRC analysts.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 5‑7+ years in an executive leadership or P&L‑owning role.
• Proven track record in the UAE or GCC technology and cybersecurity market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field; MBA or executive leadership certification preferred.
• Strong network of C‑level contacts in government and private sectors.
