General Manager – eCommerce & Operations

About the role

Althakeel General Trading LLC is looking for a dynamic General Manager to steer the company’s overall operations, drive sustainable growth, and lead digital transformation across all business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans, budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
• Lead eCommerce operations, including website, mobile app, product catalogue, pricing, promotions and marketplace management.
• Drive sales strategy, expand product categories, negotiate commercial agreements and monitor market competitiveness.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email & WhatsApp campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations and logistics to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Finance to prepare budgets, monitor profitability, cash flow and improve margins.
• Lead technology and digital transformation projects to enhance automation and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in eCommerce, retail and digital transformation.
• Track record of scaling businesses, improving profitability and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships.
