General Manager – Employer of Record (EOR)

About the role

Deel is seeking a General Manager to lead its Employer of Record (EOR) business in the Middle East. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for scaling the EOR offering, driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional EOR strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including sales, operations, compliance, and product to deliver end‑to‑end EOR solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, partners and local regulators.
• Monitor financial performance, forecast demand and manage P&L for the EOR unit.
• Champion Deel’s culture of innovation, continuous learning and customer‑centricity.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR, payroll, or EOR services, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of scaling business units and delivering profitable growth.
• Deep understanding of employment law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
