General Manager – Lebanese Restaurant

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a General Manager to lead its Lebanese Restaurant, a fine‑dining outlet within the upcoming integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including service, culinary, staffing and financial performance.
• Drive revenue growth while controlling costs, labour productivity and profitability.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
• Coach, develop and evaluate department heads and team members to foster a performance‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams on menu development, promotions and guest personalization.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of General Manager experience in fine‑dining establishments serving at least 50 covers per day.
• Experience in 2‑star or 3‑4‑hat Gault Millau restaurants preferred.
• Secondary school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and WSET Level 2 are advantages.
• International experience in major culinary hubs such as Tokyo, London, Paris or New York is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑service skills.
