General Manager – Luxury Resort (Lapita Dubai)

About the role

The General Manager will lead Lapita Dubai Parks and Resorts, an Autograph Collection luxury resort, delivering a distinctive Polynesian‑inspired guest experience. Reporting to regional leadership, you will be responsible for overall business performance, guest satisfaction, associate engagement and owner returns across all hotel functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, profit and market‑share growth.
• Maximise RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, food & beverage revenues and overall profitability.
• Partner with ownership and regional teams to meet financial objectives and monitor market trends.
• Lead sales, marketing, revenue management and public relations initiatives to increase visibility and bookings.
• Oversee all operational areas including rooms, F&B, spa, leisure, meetings and events.
• Ensure consistent delivery of the brand experience and high standards of service.
• Coach, develop and retain a large associate team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in a senior hotel management role (General Manager, Executive Assistant Manager or Director) within a premium or luxury property.
• Progression through Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage or Operations leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven financial and revenue management capabilities.
• Experience leading large teams in a complex resort or full‑service hotel environment (preferred).
• Previous Marriott experience is an advantage.
