General Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

Ali Professional is conducting an international search for a General Manager to lead an ultra‑luxury hotel in Dubai. The role combines uncompromising guest experience with strong commercial performance, brand positioning and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full P&L responsibility and drive revenue, GOP and profitability.
• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring luxury standards across rooms, F&B, spa and guest services.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, monitoring RevPAR, ADR and occupancy.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies with sales, marketing and revenue teams.
• Build and inspire a high‑performance executive team and multicultural workforce.

Required profile

• 15+ years of international hospitality experience, with senior General Manager or Hotel Manager roles.
• Proven full P&L responsibility in luxury or ultra‑luxury properties.
• Strong commercial and revenue management mindset.
• Experience leading large, multicultural teams.
• Excellent English; Middle East experience is a strong advantage.
