General Recreation Role – Kids Club

About the role

The General Recreation role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences within the kids club environment. You will supervise indoor and outdoor children’s activities throughout the year and ensure that all areas meet EHG standards, turning every guest into a happy fan of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct children’s activities both indoor and outdoor year‑round.
• Ensure kids‑club associates, areas and activities adhere to the highest EHG standards.
• Deliver flawless service from guest welcome to farewell, acting as the brand ambassador.
• Carry out operational tasks in line with service standards and procedures.
• Proactively prevent complaints, manage service recovery and go the extra mile when needed.
• Communicate effectively with fellow ambassadors, always keeping guest interests at heart.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum one‑year experience in a similar position within a 5‑star hospitality company.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language is an asset.
• At least a high‑school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
