About the role

The General Recreation role (VAJ) at Emaar is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through the supervision of children’s indoor and outdoor activities year‑round. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring a flawless service experience from welcome to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct children’s activities both indoor and outdoor, maintaining high EHG standards.
• Ensure kids‑club associates, areas and activities adhere to brand service standards.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience, turning visitors into happy fans of the hotel.
• Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
• Collaborate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising guest interests.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum one‑year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
