Geotechnical Engineering Associate – Dubai

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Associate to design ground engineering solutions for infrastructure and development projects across Dubai, the UAE and the Gulf region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to apply engineering fundamentals while supporting senior engineers on diverse projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering and design assignments using principles from a four-year engineering program.
• Prepare engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys and designs.
• Assist in preparing detailed requisitions for material purchases, services and subcontracts.
• Review supplier drawing submittals and conduct technical bid analyses under senior guidance.
• Help draft specifications, data sheets and other construction documents.
• Provide input to CAD designers/drafters on project deliverables.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Working knowledge of CAD and typical engineering PC software.
• Familiarity with office automation tools and ability to create and manipulate databases.
