German Forex Sales Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Forex Sales Agent to join our Dubai office. As a trainee‑to‑professional sales specialist, you will turn leads into active traders, build lasting client relationships, and help grow our FX trading business in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients, convert leads into active trading customers, and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships to ensure client retention and loyalty.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey.
• Maintain professional communication across all client touchpoints.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 level) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven sales experience in any industry; experience in FX, finance, or high‑performance sales is a plus.
• Target‑driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in sales and financial markets.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms (experience in FX is advantageous but not mandatory).
