German-speaking Forex Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking professional to join our Dubai team as a Forex Sales Conversion Agent. You will be responsible for turning leads into active traders while providing expert guidance on our trading platforms and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to support retention and loyalty.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality customer experience.
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey.
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities.
• Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 level).
• Proven sales experience in any industry; experience in FX, finance or high‑performance sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and performance‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales expertise.
