German‑Speaking Account Manager (Dubai)

About the role

We are an engineering plastics manufacturer operating across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We are looking for a proactive, German‑speaking Account Manager to manage daily customer communication, follow‑up quotations and develop existing accounts from our JLT office in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for German‑speaking customers via phone, email and digital channels.
• Proactively follow up open quotations, clarify decision status, budgets and timelines, and convert leads into orders.
• Document reasons for won, lost or postponed quotations in the CRM system.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers, identify cross‑selling opportunities and pass leads to Key Account Managers.
• Ensure all customer matters are tracked and resolved through structured forwarding and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent German (written and spoken) and good command of English.
• Strong sales orientation with a disciplined, proactive approach.
• Experience in B2B customer communication and quotation management.
• Ability to work independently in an on‑site, full‑time environment.
