Global Compliance & Reporting Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

EY is seeking a Consultant to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Dubai. You will lead complex tax engagements, manage client compliance and reporting, and contribute to the growth of the practice across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of tax compliance and reporting services.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering a positive learning culture.
• Maintain high‑quality service delivery in line with EY’s Tax Quality guidelines.
• Build and strengthen internal and external relationships with multinational clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting, and tax auditing, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Strong managerial and project‑management experience.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle large data sets.
