Global Freight Operations Executive

About the role

Transol Logistics is establishing a Global Control Tower in Dubai to support its UK operations. As a Global Freight Operations Executive you will join the founding team, handling international air, sea and road freight while providing critical administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international air and sea freight shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Coordinate urgent European time‑critical road freight movements.
• Arrange emergency courier shipments worldwide.
• Prepare and manage import and export documentation.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, overseas agents and transport partners.
• Monitor shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and ensure customs compliance.
• Support UK offices and franchise network with operational enquiries.
• Perform general office administration, data entry, reporting and record keeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in international freight forwarding.
• Proven experience in air freight, sea freight and European time‑critical road freight.
• Familiarity with emergency courier operations and international customs procedures.
• Ability to handle import and export documentation accurately.
