Global Manager – Business Integrations – Freight Forwarding

About the role

The Global Manager – Business Integrations for Freight Forwarding is responsible for capturing, analysing and documenting system, process and data requirements from acquired companies. This role ensures a smooth, low‑risk transition of acquired entities onto DP World’s technology stack and acts as a bridge between regional integration teams and the wider freight forwarding management.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with regional business integration teams to understand existing applications, system landscapes and operational processes.
• Capture and document detailed business, system and data requirements for integration into the core tech stack.
• Conduct gap and fit analyses comparing acquired systems against group standards.
• Translate requirements into Business Requirement Documents, process flows and system specifications.
• Partner with PMI community, business owners, Group Tech and functional stakeholders to validate integration approaches.
• Support the development of integration plans, migration strategies and sequencing.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks, dependencies and issues.
• Assist with testing, cut‑over planning, go‑live activities and post‑integration support.
• Maintain accurate documentation for governance and audit purposes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Technology.
• Proven experience in business integrations, post‑merger activities and transformation projects.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of market‑leading Transport Management Systems and supply‑chain visibility applications.
