Google Ads Specialist – Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Google Ads Specialist to lead our lead‑generation efforts for real‑estate listings in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end management of search, Performance Max and display campaigns, ensuring a strong ROI and a steady flow of qualified prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Search, Performance Max and Display campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search‑term optimisation.
• Manage bidding strategies, budgets, audiences, keywords and negative keywords.
• Create and A/B test ad copy, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Optimise CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4 and GTM.
• Track leads from Google Ads through CRM to qualified meetings and deals.
• Analyse lead quality and adjust campaigns based on actual sales outcomes.
• Prepare performance reports and identify scaling opportunities.
• Continuously improve efficiency and reduce cost per qualified lead.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real‑estate brokerage experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, GA4 and GTM.
• Expertise in keyword research, PPC optimisation and conversion attribution.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience running lead‑generation campaigns, preferably in the UAE real‑estate market.
