Graduate Data Scientist & Analyst Programme 2027

About the role

Revolut’s Graduate Programme 2027 offers recent graduates a 12‑month full‑time experience in data science and analytics within a fast‑growing fintech environment. Participants will rotate through real projects, receive structured training, and have the chance to join specialised teams such as Machine Learning or Data Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to extract insights from large data sets.
• Develop and prototype analytical models that support product decisions.
• Participate in an immersive boot‑camp covering the full data lifecycle.
• Contribute to scalable data solutions that improve customer experiences.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in data science, analytics or related fields.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity and ability to work on ambiguous problems.
• Willingness to relocate to a tech hub (Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK or UAE) and work on‑site several days a week.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
