Graduate Engineer – Nuclear Business

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer to join its nuclear business in Abu Dhabi. The role offers recent graduates exposure to nuclear energy, power generation and clean‑energy projects while receiving structured training and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering and project teams on nuclear, energy and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Participate in feasibility studies, technical evaluations and design reviews.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, risk assessment and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements and safety regulations.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary coordination, site visits, inspections and technical meetings.
• Help prepare presentations, progress reports, technical submissions and client deliverables.
• Analyse engineering data to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong academic record and interest in the energy sector.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
