Graduate Finance Program – Asset Management (Emirati Talent)

About the role

As a Graduate in the Finance stream at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, you will join an 18‑month development program that combines rotations across support functions and a focused placement in Marketing. The role offers comprehensive training and hands‑on experience within the shopping‑mall industry.

Key responsibilities

• Complete six‑month generalist rotations in various support and business areas.
• Undertake a twelve‑month specialist placement in Marketing, gaining deep operational knowledge.
• Support day‑to‑day operations and project management activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on business challenges.
• Participate in development programmes, training sessions and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Recent graduate (2023 or later).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn, take on new challenges and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
