Graduate Marketing Programme – Emirati Talent

About the role

This 18‑month graduate programme is designed for Emirati talent interested in marketing within the shopping‑mall sector. You will rotate through support functions and spend a year in a dedicated marketing placement, gaining hands‑on experience across Majid Al Futtaim’s operations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a six‑month generalist rotation in support/business areas.
• Spend twelve months in a focused marketing role, supporting day‑to‑day operations.
• Assist with project management, development tasks and deliver presentations.
• Participate in business challenges and development programmes.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to deepen industry knowledge.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure organisational success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Recent graduate (2024 onward).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Good organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
