About the role
Penspen is looking for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role supports the engineering department on oil‑and‑gas projects, providing technical assistance and preparing design documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with project tasks and deliverables.
- Prepare non‑critical engineering design documents and drawings.
- Conduct basic technical analysis of engineering problems.
- Ensure all outputs meet Penspen’s technical competency standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- 0‑3 years of experience or exposure to the oil & gas sector.
- Familiarity with international codes, standards and basic design concepts.
- Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
Required skills
- Proficiency with 2D and 3D CADD applications.
- Knowledge of PDS or equivalent engineering software.
- Understanding of mechanical and piping design principles.
- Basic knowledge of engineering processes and standards.
